REBELLION BREWED DEEP IN THE PINEY WOODS OF EAST TEXAS
Houston police officers involved with the arrest describe the passenger as a "Middle Eastern male" who was holding a US Airways ticket to Phoenix around 6:30 p.m.
When his bag was opened, police said they found a loaded .25-caliber semi-automatic pistol, along with two extra magazines full of ammunition.
The arrested passenger told police he had forgotten about the gun, apparently having left it in the bag approximately one year ago.

I kinda thought the same thing. If you gonna try to get a gun on board, might as well be something that will kill, not just piss em off.
