C.I.A. Is Said to Pay AT&T for Call Data

And we thought they had hacked their databases.....
The C.I.A. is paying AT&T more than $10 million a year to assist with overseas counterterrorism investigations by exploiting the company’s vast database of phone records, which includes Americans’ international calls, according to government officials
But...But... I thought that was only for the bad guys across the pond....
Bongino expresses this succinctly when discussing the NSA scandal and the administration’s use of the information acquired by government snoops all over the country
