Judgement Call

What would your judgement be?  I know what mine would be.

The family of a 3-year-old killed in a northern Missouri house fire says it is outraged after police used a stun gun on the boy's stepfather as he tried to run back in and save the child.
Riley Miller died early Oct. 31 in the Mississippi River town of Louisiana. A city police officer fired his stun gun at Ryan Miller as he tried to re-enter his burning home, which was destroyed.
Grandmother Lori Miller says she witnessed two officers use the stun gun three times, twice after Ryan Miller had been handcuffed.
The family says it is considering legal action against the city.
City Administrator Bob Jenne called the police response a "judgment call."

C.I.A. Is Said to Pay AT&T for Call Data

And we thought they had hacked their databases.....
The C.I.A. is paying AT&T more than $10 million a year to assist with overseas counterterrorism investigations by exploiting the company’s vast database of phone records, which includes Americans’ international calls, according to government officials
But...But... I thought that was only for the bad guys across the pond....
Bongino expresses this succinctly when discussing the NSA scandal and the administration’s use of the information acquired by government snoops all over the country

Chirping Little Oath Keeper Crickets

Where were the hypocrites for this????

While there, Eckert was subjected to repeated and humiliating forced medical procedures.  A review of Eckert's medical records, which he released to KOB, and details in the lawsuit show the following happened:
1. Eckert's abdominal area was x-rayed; no narcotics were found.
2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.
4. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.
5. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a second time.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.
6. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a third time.  Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers.  Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool.  No narcotics were found.
7. Doctors then x-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.
8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert's anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines.  No narcotics were found.
Throughout this ordeal, Eckert protested and never gave doctors at the Gila Regional Medical Center consent to perform any of these medical procedures.

"If the officers in Hidalgo County and the City of Deming are seeking warrants for anal cavity searches based on how they're standing and the warrant allows doctors at the Gila Hospital of Horrors to go in and do enemas and colonoscopies without consent, then anyone can be seized and that's why the public needs to know about this," Kennedy said.

“Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms (of government) those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny”

While most of us were enjoying the Friday Night Lights of highschool football, the Citizens of Roseville, Ca were enduring the complete suspension of their Constitiutional rights at the barrel of a gun.

ROSEVILLE, Calif. (AP) — Some residents of a suburban Sacramento city still were waiting to return to their homes 24 hours after a Friday night shootout between law enforcement agents and a wanted parolee left six officers injured.
At least 15 homes were evacuated, and the area remained a crime scene late Saturday, Walstad said.

This is what we have to look forward to for the good of the many....

NSA.gov site down with DDoS attack

Partisan resistance comes in all forms and they are getting bolder.

NSA.gov has been unavailable globally as of late Friday afternoon, and Twitter accounts belonging to people loosely affiliated with the Anonymous hacktivism movement have suggested they are responsible.

Twitter users @AnonymousOwn3r and @TruthIzSexy both were quick to comment on the matter, and implied that a distributed denial-of-service attack, or DDoS, may have been waged as an act of protest against the NSA

This is my Alamo, come and take it.

A man makes a public broadcast message in Clear Lake, Tx
“It says, ‘The Liberty Tree. This will never happen? History does not repeat? What was World War II / The Holocaust? When they come for you, and they will, what will you do? This is my Alamo, come and take it

Don't survive...thrive

75, 000 cattle were killed in this blizzard.

Ranchers are still digging out thousands of their cattle that became buried in a record-setting snowstorm in South Dakota late last week and over the weekend.

In the first week of October...

Could you handle that?

Do you have enough food on hand to survive 2-3 weks of being snowed in?

You just might if you had a grow system like Bill.

Heirloom, hardy and strong, seeds from Bill.

Research and know what animals will thrive in your AOR.

Develope your herds/flocks and gardens.

Do not be a seasonal farmer.

Do it year round.

Lions, Tigers & Bears ...Oh My

“And, now, come to this spot
Where the spotlight is hot
And you'll see in the spotlight
A Juggling Jott
Who can juggle some stuff
You might think he could not...
Such as twenty-two question marks,
Which is a lot.
Also forty-four commas
And, also, one dot!
That's the kind of Circus McGurkus I've got!”

Pope Francis I: The Papal Atheist & Hypocrite

Another reason why the Catholic church is nothing but an syndicated crime organization whose sole purpose is to generate revenue.

Francis wrote: “You ask me if the God of the Christians forgives those who don’t believe and who don’t seek the faith. I start by saying – and this is the fundamental thing – that God’s mercy has no limits if you go to him with a sincere and contrite heart. The issue for those who do not believe in God is to obey their conscience.
The church gripes, birches and moans as to people leaving the church.  This is a prime reason.  It goes against what we are told in in the Bible.  Here are but a few from the Bible for Salvation:

  • “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
  • “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all …” (1 Timothy 2:5)
  • “There is one body and one Spirit … one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” (Ephesians 4:4)
  • Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

It ain't hard to figure it out.

Local...Local...Local

We are perhaps growing into a another Great Awakening.  People are realizing that fiat money is worthless and that tagibles are the true currency.

Just as Bill and Sam preach on supporting things local, this trend is catching on like a wildfire.  Peoples eyes are opening and they are seeing that being prepared is not just something that crackpots and conspiracy folks are doing.  It is a return to yesteryear.

The above flyer came in from my county Extension Office.  If you live the in the East Texas area, you might want to thnk about attending.

In November, Henderson, Tx hold their annual Heritage Syrup Festival.  I plan on attending to see about obtaining some heirloom cane starts and browsing for some the things that the old folk will haggling over and pick up some lip smak'n homemade syrup.

DC police on the hunt for tourist

link

Washington police are operating under orders to arrest tourists and other non-residents traveling with spent bullet or shotgun casings, a crime that carries a $1,000 fine, a year in jail and a criminal record, according to a new book about the city's confusing gun laws.  "Empty shell casings are considered ammunition in Washington, D.C., so they are illegal to possess unless you are a resident and have a gun registration certificate," pens Emily Miller in her investigative book, "Emily Gets Her Gun: ... But Obama Wants to Take Yours."

A [unnamed] Lodi Police SWAT officer had a Glock 35 with a flashlight in his thigh holster at a children’s reading event when a boy managed to pull the trigger and shoot the officer,” sacramento.cbslocal.com reports. “The officer was showing off the department’s SWAT truck, vest and other gear at a children’s event called Reading Roundup on Aug. 24. ‘A small child, witnesses tell us was 6 to 8 years old, was able to walk up to the officer and was able to pull the trigger.’” The bullet hit the officer’s leg causing a minor injury—and a lot of freaked-out kids. Watch out for these clown if you are in Houston.
