Kill'n Time-update

Lady luck was not on my side these past two days.
Time to change tactics.

*******

Gonna be invoke'n some Texas Health & Safety Codes the next couple of days.

Sec. 822.013.  DOGS OR COYOTES THAT ATTACK ANIMALS.

Neighbors dog decided to kill some of my chickens this afternoon.

So all of you animal lovers who want to condemn me...don't bother.  I'll just delete your comments.

It's time for some retribution.

Let me expand on this.  This isn't the first time for this dog and the owner knows about it.

Pot bellied pigs from Vietnam are smart and clean, and we used to have one. They will follow you around like a dog, and can be trained to be housebroken, but we never went that far. We also used to have a turkey who would follow you around until some wild dogs killed him.

When we were in Vietnam last time, wild dogs killed about 12 of my sheep including lambs I had just bought. Our third night back, they returned, I edged towards the barn with my 12 gauge and stood waiting for a clear shot at one of the two as they were amongst the sheep. They never even saw me. When I had a shot, I pulled the trigger, saw two "bodies" fall and thought I must have hit a sheep also, but lo and behold, by some miracle I had hit both dogs!

    1. We used to have a pot belly years ago. It was raised with one of our rotts. The pig thought it was a dog.

I'm gonna set me a blind in the barn tomorrow. Stocked with some food, water & a couple of beers and wait.

  4. A nice meat stew with some 'special' ingredients will do the trick. Complete safe to eat for humans...dogs, not so much.
