It Will Happen Again
For those who don't think our dearly loved .Gov won't attack us...Think again.
Theses same mindset assholes who did it back in the 1700's on thru today will slit your throat to get ahead.
The govt did to the Indians at wounded Knee.
They are still trying to do it to the various Indian nations through the BIA. They are now telling the Cherokee Nation that they can not govern & hold elections unless they approve.
But true to their warrior sprit, they are not backing down.
What this really boils down to is the welfare crowd are wanting to find another tit to suck from compliments of our fearful government..
This is what they will probably get instead.

The govt did to the Indians at wounded Knee.
They are still trying to do it to the various Indian nations through the BIA. They are now telling the Cherokee Nation that they can not govern & hold elections unless they approve.
The federal government said that unless the descendants, known as freedmen, were allowed to vote, the upcoming election wouldn't be valid.
"I urge you to consider carefully the nation's next steps in proceeding with an election that does not comply with federal law," Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs Larry Echo Hawk wrote in letter Friday to acting Chief S. Joe Crittenden. "The department will not recognize any action taken by the nation that is inconsistent with these principles and does not accord its freedmen members full rights of citizenship."
But true to their warrior sprit, they are not backing down.
"The Cherokee Nation will not be governed by the (Bureau of Indian Affairs)," he said. "We will hold our election and continue our long legacy of responsible self-governance."

Ron Paul hits another home run.
Freedom
Texas Rep. Ron Paul, a doctor, was asked a hypothetical question by CNN host Wolf Blitzer about how society should respond if a healthy 30-year-old man who decided against buying health insurance suddenly goes into a coma and requires intensive care for six months. Paul--a fierce limited-government advocate-- said it shouldn't be the government's responsibility. Keeping Watch Over, In, Under, & Around You
Surrounded by barbwire fencing, the anonymous yet massive building on West Military Drive near San Antonio’s Loop 410 freeway looms mysteriously with no identifying signs of any kind. Surveillance is tight, with security cameras surrounding the under-construction building. Readers are advised not to take any photos unless you care to be detained for at least a 45-minute interrogation by the National Security Agency, as this reporter was.
There’s a strangely blurry line during such an interrogation. After viewing the five photos I’d taken of the NSA’s new Texas Cryptology Center, the NSA officer asked if I would delete them. When I asked if he was ordering me to do so, he said no; he was asking as a personal favor. I declined and was eventually released.

Diversity....Yea Right
muslim Persecution of Christians-August 2011
Indonesia: Two churches were set aflame; officials downplayed these cases of arson by arguing that the buildings were "only made of board" and not real churches. A mayor also proclaimed that churches cannot be built on streets with Muslim names.
Iran: Officials launched a Bible burning campaign, confiscating and destroying some 7,000 Bibles; many were publicly burned. Likening their tiny Christian minority to the "Taliban and parasites," the regime also "cracked down" on Christians (who make up less than 1% of the entire population), arresting many; their whereabouts remain unknown.
Iraq: Two churches were bombed: the first attack damaged the church and wounded 23; the second damaged the church (a third church was targeted but the bomb was defused before detonating).
Nigeria: Two churches were bombed, including a Baptist church no longer in use due to previous Muslim attacks; when officials arrested Islamist leaders, a third Catholic church was torched.
Apostasy and Forced Conversions
Eritrea: At least eight Christians have died in prisons, most under severe conditions and torture, simply for refusing to recant Christianity.India: A female who was formerly stripped and beaten by a Muslim mob for converting to Christianity, continues to receive severe threats to return to Islam or die; likewise, Muslims held three Christian women "threatening to beat and burn them alive if they continued worshipping Christ."
Iran: A Christian pastor in Iran remains behind bars, where he is being tortured; he is awaiting execution for refusing to recant Christianity.
Malaysia: religious police raided a church when it "found evidence of proselytisation towards Muslims" and "receiving information that there were Muslims who attended a breaking-of-fast event at the church"; a Facebook campaign created to support the raid and to "prevent apostasy" has already drawn support from 23,000 people.
Norway: A Muslim convert to Christianity was tortured with boiling water and told by fellow Muslim inmates "If you do not return to Islam, we will kill you"; if deported to Afghanistan, he risks death by stoning for leaving Islam.
Pakistan: Muslims openly abducted a 14-year-old Christian girl at gunpoint saying she had to convert to Islam. Another Christian woman who was abducted, drugged, and tortured for two years—all while being informed that she had converted to Islam—happily made her escape. In both cases, the police, as is usual, are siding with the Muslim abductors. Most recently, two Christians returning from church were attacked by Muslims and beaten with iron rods for refusing to convert to Islam or pay "protection" (jizya) money.
Sudan: A 16 year old Christian girl finally escaped from her Muslim kidnappers, who "beat, raped and tried to force her to convert from Christianity to Islam." Whenever she tried to pray, she was beaten again and called an "infidel"; when her mother went to the police, they told her to convert to Islam before they returned her child.
Uganda: In accordance with Islam's Hanafi School of law, a Muslim father locked his 14-year-old daughter in a room for several months without food or water simply because she embraced Christianity; when rescued, she weighed 44 pounds.
General Oppression, Violence, and Murder of Christians
Bangladesh: Church leaders, including an elderly pastor, were severely beaten in a police station for protesting that Muslims had illegally seized and occupied a Christian home. A previously tortured Christian activist is in hiding in Honk Kong, even as his wife and children face death threats from Muslims in the neighborhood.Egypt: Soon after breaking their Ramadan fast, thousands of Muslims rampaged throughout a predominantly Christian village, firing automatic weapons, looting and throwing Molotov Cocktails at several homes. They beat a priest, then plundered and torched his home. Another Copt was murdered in his home, which was then ransacked. Separately, a Copt was savagely attacked by seven Muslims in front of a police station; he lost one eye and required 20 stitches to his head. Girls leaving church were sexually harassed by Muslims, who hurled stones at the church; they shattered five windows.
Nigeria: In what is being called a "silent killing," ten Christians were slain by Muslims seeking to expunge Christianity from northern Nigeria; eyewitnesses insist that the army is assisting and enabling the slayings.
Pakistan: A Christian family consisting of 26 people, including women and children, lived in slavery for over 30 years, forced to labor on a farm belonging to a wealthy Muslim landowner; they only recently managed to regain their freedom, through the aid of the Catholic Church. A Muslim mob attacked a group of Christians watching a movie about Jesus, and destroyed the projector. A Christian man was beaten unconscious for celebrating Independence Day. He was told by Muslims, "How can you celebrate when you are Christian? Convert to Islam if you want to join the celebration."
Somalia: Al-Shabab ("The Youth") is intentionally preventing food aid from reaching the nation's miniscule Christian minority: "Any Somali that the Islamists suspect to be a Christian, or even a friend of Christians, does not receive any food aid."
Sudan: A "humanitarian crisis is unfolding" in Sudan's border region where Christians and their churches are being targeted in a systematic campaign of ethnic cleansing by North Sudan's Islamist regime.
United Kingdom: A Muslim family was terrorized and threatened with death because their daughter married a Christian -- an act considered a crime according to Sharia. Note: a man marrying a non-Muslim woman is permitted.
Uzbekistan: Authorities continue to pressure churches and Christians, fabricating evidence to punish or limit Christians' ability to practice their faith, and subjecting them to excessive fines, false accusations, as well as confiscating their Christian literature.
* * *
These are just some of the assaults to which Christians have been subjected under Islam that made it to the non-mainstream media last month.
Then there are the countless atrocities that never make it to any media—the stories of persistent, quiet misery that only the victims and local Christians know—such as the recent revelation that a 2-year-old girl was savagely raped in Pakistan because her Christian father refused to convert to Islam: it took five years for this story to surface. How many never surface?

Blackout Caused By One Person
The transmission lines that make up the western grid have built in safety nets to prevent this. When the frequency of the voltage varies past the set thresholds, main transmission breakers will open to prevent a cascade effect. This variance is a portion of a hertz, maybe up to 1Hz. This is mainly caused by a generation issue, not a substation. Transmission breakers will also open when you have a Hz, fault or a major voltage fluctuation
A massive power outage triggered by human error left well over 5 million people without electricity in southern California and parts of Arizona and Mexico.
An ill-fated procedure by an Arizona power utility employee in a small town unleashed a chain of events which brought down power in a large swath of the south-west, the Arizona utility said. A high-power line supplying electricity to southern California failed first.
Also all transmission breakers must pass a NERC test and be reported.
So I'm hitting the bullshit button.

Longshoreman Storm Port & Take Hostages
Hundreds of Longshoremen stormed the Port of Longview early Thursday, overpowered and held security guards, damaged railroad cars, and dumped grain that is the center of a labor dispute, said Longview Police Chief Jim Duscha.
Six guards were held hostage for a couple of hours after 500 or more Longshoremen broke down gates about 4:30 a.m. and smashed windows in the guard shack, he said.

Police said thieves stole more than 42,000 pounds of meat when they took off with a loaded semi tractor-trailer last weekend.
Marshalltown police said the driver of a semi parked the trailer in a lot on Saturday near the intersection of Highways 30 and 14. When he came back to pick up the trailer on Monday, it was gone. The trailer belongs to Mid-Continent Trucking of Denison.Marshalltown Police Chief Jack McAllister said it's common for truckers to park their trailers in the lot overnight or for the weekend.
McAllister said the trailer was locked and the cooler left running. He said it took someone with a semi and knowledge of the locking system to take off with the trailer.

Homeland Security Loses Bomb
Yep they lost a bomb. Makes me feel real safe.
Missing are two 1/2 lb. sticks of a conventional explosive, typically used for mining operations. The explosives were packed in a small Igloo-type cooler bag and were last seen in the public area of the airport. Authorities have reviewed surveillance footage, but apparently, have had little luck in tracking down the explosives or who took them.

Same War; Different Weapons
via TNM
When England ruled the colonies, the tyranny was controlled by troops in red coats. It was a simple strategy of exceptional might against a bunch of colonists armed with rudimentary weapons. Nothing complicated, just might makes right, as it were. Similar issues existed in the battle between Texas and Mexico.
Mexico had the superior firepower and it was fairly simple to control the colonists. The battle lines in both instances were fairly straightforward; the bad guys had big guns and the impoverished knew they had to take up arms of any kind and use whatever was at their disposal to physically fight their enemy. Cut and dried. It could not be simpler to understand.
Today, however, we seem to have become more sophisticated (or at least believe ourselves to be) and the issues have been obscured by misguided professors, politicians, the news media and witless Hollywood performers.

Gay military magazine coming to US bases

US officials have approved the distribution of a gay-themed magazine at Army and Air Force bases for the first time, coinciding with the end of a ban on openly gay troops, according to activists.
OutServe Magazine, which caters to gay members of the armed forces, said it would deliver a special "repeal issue" on September 20, the day the prohibition against openly gay US service members is due to officially end.
The Gold Crash of...
1869
September 24, 1869, the gold market crashed because financiers were trying to manipulate the gold market during the Reconstruction after the Civil War. Just so happens at this time the dollar was backed by.....credit, not gold. Just like the fiat currency we have today.
Kinda sound familiar with current day news of China trying to do the same.

Kinda sound familiar with current day news of China trying to do the same.
The China Radio International sponsored newspaper World News Journal (Shijie Xinwenbao)(04/28): "According to China's National Foreign Exchanges Administration China 's gold reserves have recently increased. Currently, the majority of its gold reserves have been located in the U.S. and European countries. The U.S. and Europe have always suppressed the rising price of gold. They intend to weaken gold's function as an international reserve currency. They don't want to see other countries turning to gold reserves instead of the U.S. dollar or Euro. Therefore, suppressing the price of gold is very beneficial for the U.S. in maintaining the U.S. dollar's role as the international reserve currency. China's increased gold reserves will thus act as a model and lead other countries towards reserving more gold. Large gold reserves are also beneficial in promoting the internationalization of the RMB."
