One man's terrorist Part 2. Plus a special message...

Via GMH

The second episode of Iraq war veteran David Kirk West's anti-war film inspired by his experiences in Iraq.

One Man's Terrorist is a speculative anti-war drama set against the back-drop of an America that has fallen into chaos. Elections have been postponed, martial law has been instituted, and a massive federal land grab on the California/Oregon border has inspired a secessionist movement in the "State of Jefferson" region.

The film tells the tale of both the soldiers sent in to pacify the region under the auspices of the United Nations and the homegrown insurgents who take up arms to defend their land from foreign invaders.

Watch Episode 1 here.

Episode 3 premieres online February 29, 2012.

OP EFAD

If you haven't read Braken's "Enemies Foreign & Domestic series, they are a great read.  I read them years ago when they first came out.

Head over to CA's for the rest of the story from Braken.

The idea is a national clandestine psyop, using my first novel as a vehicle. On next Thursday, March 1, Enemies Foreign And Domestic will be put into Amazon Kindle’s free library, for a period of up to five days.

Where EFAD’s free download promotion will be different from those of the thousands of fantasy/romance/vampire novels currently offered on Kindle, is that I’m simultaneously coordinating a mass plan to ensure that Operation EFAD goes hyper-viral on all constitutionally-oriented, freedom-loving, and Second Amendment websites and blogs at the same time.

Va Cop Shoots 54yr old Sunday School Teacher

An eyewitness account tells a different story.

It seems like she was shot because she didn't obey the JBT's orders.

Link to video of witness interview.

Via MyFox DC
Virginia State Police say the Culpeper police officer who shot a middle-aged women, Thursday, did so because he was being dragged by the woman's car. 54-year-old Patricia Cook was killed by multiple shots fired by the officer.

Late Thursday morning, an unfamiliar vehicle driven by a woman appeared in the parking lot of the middle school building of Epiphany Catholic School in Culpeper. Police were called, and a town officer arrived to investigate.

Virginia State Police, who are conducting the investigation, say the responding town officer was conversing with Pat Cook, and, "while attempting to retrieve her identification, the woman suddenly closed her driver's side
window, trapping the officer's arm and started driving away dragging the officer alongside. The officer repeatedly commanded the woman [to] stop the moving vehicle. She refused and shots were fired."

Cook's Jeep Wrangler wound up crashing into a utility pole about a block away. She was apparently dead at the scene.

Pat Cook's husband, Gary, is baffled by the explanation. Gary Cook said his wife's car had no power windows. "Crank [windows]," Cook explained, "old fashioned crank [windows]."

Imagine a Moratorium on Gun Control in 2012

via Big Govt.

I think the re-awakening would transpire. Heritage of sovereignty would come alive and the government/governed rapport would improve immensely. You see, Americans do not hate their government; we prefer our roads to be safe, our meat inspection to be reliable, and our votes to be righteous (and counted). What we also prefer is respect for the Sovereign.

What would happen if the United States enjoyed a moratorium on restrictions on equipment for rifles, a moratorium on the enforcement of types of guns, acoustic suppressors, length of a rifle, magazine capacity or where and when one can concealed carry? What would change?

F___ you, now it's my turn...

Never underestimate someone, even the elderly.

A 90 year old man is shot in the head by a residential burglar.

His response: "F__ you, now it's my turn," followed quickly by 5 rounds of .38, 3 of which hit the bad guy.

I had to re-link this because that old man is awesome.  I hope he gets better quick and I couldn't care less about the piece of trash that shot him.

Hiding in Plain Sight

Where are you on this map?

Have you seen these big rigs rolling next to you on the freeway?

via MJ
As you weave through interstate traffic, you're unlikely to notice another plain-looking Peterbilt tractor-trailer rolling along in the right-hand lane. The government plates and array of antennas jutting from the cab's roof would hardly register. You'd have no idea that inside the cab an armed federal agent operates a host of electronic countermeasures to keep outsiders from accessing his heavily armored cargo: a nuclear warhead with enough destructive power to level downtown San Francisco.

You would think that they have super secret squirrel agents driving & riding shotgun.

You better think again.

In 2010, DOE inspectors were tipped off to alcohol abuse among the truckers. They identified 16 alcohol-related incidents between 2007 and 2009, including one in which agents were detained by local police at a bar after they'd stopped for the night with their atomic payload. After several agents and contractors were caught bringing unauthorized guns on training missions in Nevada between 2001 and 2004, DOE inspectors determined that "firearms policies and procedures were systematically violated." One OST agent in Texas pled guilty in 2006 to trying to sell body armor, rifle scopes, machine gun components, and other assault gear he'd pilfered on the job.

Earl Pitts-American

A good laugh for a rainy day.

This is my wife.  How many others fit this bill?

You know what makes me sick?  You know what makes me so mad I just wanna play pin the tail on the donkey…with a real donkey?   The real trick is getting’ it off him to begin with.

Yeah – I heard a story on here the other day…they done some big survey.  A world-wide survey…24 countries…and people was asked – ‘What is the secret to true happiness?’  What are you thinkin?  Money?  A swimsuit model girlfriend?  Right?

Nope.  People around the whole earth agreed…the easiest way to happiness – was havin’ a partner.  Somebody to love.  An’ this might be a shock to you all…but I totally agree.

I know – I rag on my ol’ lady sometimes.  Okay – I rag on my ol’ lady most of the times.  But fact is…that woman makes my life pure joy.   So today – I want to count the ways my wife makes my life complete.

For example…if it wasn’t for my ol’ lady tellin’ me four or five times a week– I would not know where the dirty clothes go.

If my butt, my pitts, my feet or my breath smells…she tells me.  Apparently I am hard of smelling.  Or she’s got the nose of a bloodhound.  I’m not sure.

When we have an argument…I don’t got to keep notes.  Because she remembers everything I ever said in anger.  Even back to before we was married.  It’s like havin’ a personal secretary.  She’s like a certified argument historian.

She also keeps count of all my bad habits for me.  ‘That’s your fourth beer, Earl.  That’s your third cigar today, Earl…’  Yeah – certified argument historian…an’ vice accountant…

Wake up, America!  Yeah – I don’t know where I’d be without my ol’ lady.   But probably next to a giant pile a’ dirty clothes.  I’m Earl Pitts, American.  Pitts Off.

Hill County town fears police

The town of Covington, Tx is scared of the police force.  Literally!!!!

This JBT is running rough shod over the town folk.

Covington is one of those quaint little places that Texas has many of. It’s a small town of, at last count, 283 citizens. That’s a small town.

Covington is, according to some of it’s citizens, and members of the City Council, a town in trouble, one that is chafing under the thumb of what appears to a dictatorial, power hungry megalomaniac.
Some of these small towns get folks in office and they become dictators.  There is only one way to get rid of them.

Here is a bit of info from a former employee of the PD.

Former Covington police officer Kayla Richardson said the trouble began one year ago when she discovered drugs missing from the police evidence locker. She said the only cop who didn’t take a lie detector test was Lawrence.

“Once he found out that I was the one who told on him, he wanted me gone,” she said. One month later, Richardson was fired. The police chief accused her of not showing up to work when she was supposed to.

At a city council meeting last November, Richardson says the chief ordered the arrests of her boyfriend and a former mayor. Richardson’s boyfriend was charged with assault.

The ex-mayor was charged with credit card abuse. Both claim it was out of retaliation.

The day after the arrests, former Covington Fire Chief George Burnett gathered more than 60 signatures, nearly 25 percent of Covington residents, petitioning to have the police department disbanded.

That’s when Burnett says he was threatened by the chief.
When will folks get tired of the abuses and stand up to the bullies??????

All is takes is one to make the first stand and the rest will follow.

Just look at PATCOM uprisings.

I Am an American

TL spells it out very clearly.

I Am an American

When it comes time to put a stop to the nonsense, it will dawn on many Americans that they were asleep at the wheel, a bunch of blinded patriots. They will awaken and see the light. It is our job, as patriots, to awaken the masses. We will not do this with a new message, or a viral video on YouTube, but by doing things that need to be done.

No one follows a weak leader, they overwhelm him/her, or they undercut them, or they disregard them. We can no longer tolerate the Republican method of governing. The Democrats are at least good at the politics they practice, Republicans are merely fools and wannabes. They are the unpopular kids who will do anything to be invited on Leno, even sell out their entire voting base and if you think Santorum or Romney are any better, you are missing some vital information.

This is not even a conservative or liberal message, those are slots the politicos want you to fill. They seek, the horse race, the competitive debate. We are past that. We are sophisticated enough to understand that the press wishes to guide public opinion, that they champion any government empowerment and no Republican will receive good press unless they turn on their brethren, exposing them as the fools and wannabes they are.

Give me a fight between a staunch communist and an advocate of capitalism before you give me a debate between a cowardly Democrat, which is a communist in modern clothing, and a Republican, which is a socialist in traditional garb.

We need nothing other than our own convictions and the bravery to pursue them. If we are fools we are fools for believing that our government supports the document they claim to revere. How can that be in an honest nation with a legitimate government? Any government ought to actually endorse the form they operate within. Right?

Ours is the only free nation which claims to be something based on something they do not believe in. We are fools to accept that premise. We are traitors to submit to it. Make them prove they support the Constitution. Let them reject the Supreme Court as political and anti-Constitution. There is nothing Constitutional about allowing nine elitist, politically appointed officials to define what rights the citizens might have. That is an abuse of power on a monumental scale. Forget Obama, who cares? If the Supreme Court functioned as a protector of the people's rights, an enemy to government over reach and abuse, they would not have made any one of a thousand decisions over the past century.

To the politicos it is all a game where they hold the power and dictate the rules of conduct. I reject that, I refute that. I am an American and my rights are not dictated, or allowed, or earned, they are bestowed upon me at birth and continue until death. Where the government has done what it is not allowed and has been supported in that by an elitist few justices it is nothing other than an oligarchy, not a democracy, not a republic and, if this is not a republic, we are orphans, we are in exile to the nation we inhabit.

This is the origin of TL In Exile. I do not have to be distant from my nation to be in exile of its policies and practices.

UPDATED: Police Shoot Arizona Man While Holding Grandson

The Daily Mail out of the UK has more info on the thug shooter.

Here is the victim of this murder.

An Arizona Republic list confirmed by police said Officer Peters's first shooting was in 2002, when he was one of three SWAT officers who wounded a man during a standoff in a domestic violence case.

Between 2003 and 2010, he was involved in five fatal shootings. In some, he acted alone. In others, fellow officers also fired. The Maricopa County Attorney's Office ruled them all justifiable

JAMES PETERS FATALLY SHOT MAN IN 2006... AND CITY PAID OUT $75,000

Not everyone agrees that Officer Peters always acts appropriately. Jason Leonard, a lawyer in Fort Myers, Florida, represented the family of a man killed in 2006 by him and another officer.

He is worried the city backs Officer Peters even when his actions are questionable. ‘My concern is that he seems to shoot first and ask questions later and has been supported in this policy,’ he said.

'My concern is that he seems to shoot first and ask questions later and has been supported in this policy'
Jason Leonard, lawyer

‘I don't think he's going after innocent citizens,’ Mr Leonard added. ‘However, if you find yourself in a precarious situation, he seems to err on the side of escalating the violence.’

Kevin Hutchings got into a fight with a friend in August 2006, then left and drove to his house in nearby Mesa. Officers had the friend call Mr Hutchings at his house, and police went there, Mr Leonard said.

While Mr Hutchings was talking on the phone, police cut the power to flush him out. Mr Hutchings came outside with a gun to investigate. Police said he shot at officers and they shot back.

Mr Leonard said cops never announced their arrival. The family accepted a $75,000 city payout.

Your dose of CopDom for the hour.

Yep...That's how much this is happening.

A grandfather is shot in the head while holding his grandson.

The man did not have any weapons, but wait.....He had some guns in his house.

What utter bullshit.

What about the JBT that shot him??????

He has been involved in 7 shootings in the past 10 years.

Here is the story.

Go back to Mexico

LMAO

Boy how many of us have wanted (and said) this?

This teacher in the Dallas area let it slip.

A whiny ass mexican kid kept asking for a test in spanish and saying "I'm a mexican, I'm a mexican".

via Texas Fred

Shirley Bunn, a math teacher at a middle school in Arlington, has been on paid leave since the Sept. 30 incident at Barnett Junior High School, according to a report on myFOXdfw.com.

She was handing out forms to her eighth-grade students when one of them repeatedly asked her for a form in Spanish, by saying, “I’m Mexican. I’m Mexican.”

According to documents made public in the case, the Fox station reported that Bunn told the student he could get the form in the office but he continued to argue by repeating, “I’m Mexican.”

She then blurted out, “Go back to Mexico,” the website reported.

I have no problem when folks from other countries immigrate here legally and become Americans.  It's the illegals and the ones just come here because they don't like their place, but don't want to assimilate.

Or Else......

JCS & WH are scared of Ron Paul.  They want to classify any support of him a partisan politics.

Those military members that are pushing this need to apply the same rules to the libtard left supporters.  But we know that won't happen.

Alabama Supreme Court Issues Landmark Wrongful Death Opinion for Pre-Viable Infant

I bet the Planned Parenthood, Roe v Wade crusaders & in general baby killers are going spastic, bat shit crazy over the ruling that the Supreme Court of Alabama just handed down.

via Liberty Counsel

Today the Alabama Supreme Court issued a unanimous ruling that a mother may pursue a wrongful death claim on behalf of her pre-viable unborn child. In the case of Hamilton v. Scott, Amy Hamilton filed suit against several doctors and a medical group for the wrongful death of her unborn child, claiming that the lack of proper medical intervention resulted in the child’s death, which all the experts agreed was at the pre-viable stage of pregnancy and could not have survived if born at that stage of pregnancy.

Justice Tom Parker, joined by three other Justices, issued a special concurring opinion, in which he specifically addressed that Roe v. Wade does not prevent such a ruling and that viability is arbitrary and changes with medical technology. Parker wrote that Roe is out of step with every other area of law in which many state legislatures and courts have recognized the rights of the unborn child in wills and estates, tort or criminal law, and more. Parker also cites a prior ruling of the Alabama Supreme Court in Wolfe v. Isbell, 291 Ala. 327, 330-31, 280 So. 2d 758, 768 (1973), in which the court wrote “that from the moment of conception, the fetus or embryo is not a part of the mother, but rather has a separate existence within the body of the mother.”
Parker also wrote that “Roe’s viability rule was based on inaccurate history and was mostly unsupported by legal precedent. Medical advances since Roe have conclusively demonstrated that an unborn child is a unique human being at every stage of development.” He concluded by saying, “Roe’s viability rule is neither controlling nor persuasive here and should be rejected by other states until the day it is overruled by the United States Supreme Court.”

Mathew Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel, commented: “This decision by the Alabama Supreme Court is an example of a ruling consistent with legal precedent and logic. Recovery for wrongful death of an unborn child does not depend on an arbitrary line of viability, because that line is based solely on existing medical technology. From the moment of conception and at all stages of development in the womb, the unborn child is a human being. I applaud Justice Tom Parker’s clear and well-reasoned concurring opinion, which conclusively shows that Roe v. Wade’s viability rule does not apply, was based on flawed legal reasoning, and is undermined by advances in medical technology. The life expectancy of Roe is limited and is being undermined by every other area of law and medicine.”

Of gods & men

Do you ever wonder how incompetent people with badges are?  They think they are gods and above reproach or question.

Then reality slaps their pee-pee.

In LA yesterday a ICE agent had a beef with his boss and capped him.

Eric Rudolph, the Atlanta Olympic bomber, was able to clown the FBI for 5 years before he made a mistake.

Now in Utah, a "mystery" mountain man had eluded the crime fighting JBT's for 5 years in the wilds of the mountains.

The best of all...they have no clue who he is.

via FOX

He's eluded authorities for more than five years, a mountain man who roams the wilderness of southern Utah, breaking into remote cabins in winter, living in luxury off hot food, alcohol and coffee before stealing provisions and vanishing into the woods.

Investigators have clawed for clues, scouring cabins for fingerprints that match no one and chasing reports of brief encounters only to come up short, always a step behind the mysterious recluse
