Show Him Your Badge

A federal agent shows up at a farm and demands to check out the property. The farmer says OK, but tells him not to go over to one pasture. Then the agent arrogantly tells him he has a badge from the federal Environmental Protection Agency and can go wherever he darn well pleases. The farmer says OK. A few minutes later, the agent is running for his life from a bull. The agent calls for help, so the farmer goes to the fence and yells: "Show him your badge."

A Texas gun trainer released an ad this week for his handgun training class. He bans liberals from the class saying:

“If you are a socialist liberal and/or voted for the current campaigner in chief, please do not take this class. You have already proven that you cannot make a knowledgeable and prudent decision under the law.”

Agreed.
The ad also bans non-Christian Arabs and Muslims from taking the class.

Oakland Cops Violate The Laws Of War

There's outrageous, then there's truly outrageous.

Beaning a guy with either a "less lethal" round in the head or (as has been more-recently claimed) a launched gas grenade is bad enough. In fact, that sure looks to me to be felonious assault and I want to know where the investigations and indictments are.

But that's not the worst of it.

Here's a guy who claims (and has the projectile extracted from his body to prove it) that he was shot with a rubber round while carrying the original wounded man.

You can't fire upon people rendering medical assistance to a soldier in combat - that's a war crime!

Never mind that the Oakland cops claim they didn't fire any rubber rounds.  So the one removed from this person's body, which he has possession of, came to be there.... exactly how?

What sort of country do we live in again?

The officer(s) involved in this outrage must stand trial.  All of them.

The Occupy groups have decided to openly come out with a "How To" guide on the justification to kill LEO.  what is amazing is that these leftie groups want to & are quoting the Constitution.

The letter is blatantly anti-government and anti-law enforcement in nature.  It not only condones but even encourages citizens to kill any “government agent” (i.e. law enforcement officers), who in their perception violates their rights.  Examples are given in the document, of “illegal” search and seizure, sobriety and border checkpoints, airport security, etc… In essence this document states that citizens have the right and moral obligation to resist any action by law enforcement that is viewed as a violation of the citizen’s rights, and often-times resistance involves killing officers.

Canada Abolishes Rifle & Shotgun Registration

Americans need to sit up and take notice of this.  Firearm laws are unconstitutional as it stands, but if Canada can make these moves, We can move forward in our fight.

Canada’s Conservative government introduced legislation Tuesday to scrap a controversial law that requires the registration of rifles and shotguns.

The new bill will repeal the requirement to register long guns, and calls for the destruction of all records pertaining to the registration of long guns currently contained in the Canadian Firearms Registry.

They will use it if they need to – got no doubt whatsoever about that.  Jarrett has approved the idea…and did so a long time ago.  There were whispers of it during the 2008 campaign.  McCain was so god-awful it never reached a serious consideration…but the plan was discussed.  If needed – they were willing to go that route.  It would be the ultimate use of the race card in the history of American politics.  And…it would likely work if they got away with it.

A Florida appeals court has rejected a request to block a Hillsborough judge from upholding Islamic law in a case involving the former trustees of a local Tampa mosque that has garnered the national spotlight.

The state's 2nd District Court of Appeal on Friday denied without comment a petition filed by the mosque, known as the Islamic Education Center of Tampa, which is challenging Hillsborough Circuit Judge Richard Nielsen’s ruling in March that he intended to cite “ecclesiastical Islamic law” in the case, the St. Petersburg Times reported

Deputy U.S. Attorney General James Cole confirmed on Wednesday that the Obama administration was pulling back all training materials used for the law enforcement and national security communities, in order to eliminate all references to Islam that some Muslim groups have claimed are offensive.

While at the same time leading islamo-fanatics sucked up to the same DoJ referenced above to  make criticizing islam a crime.  Never mind the 1A thingy.

Top Justice Department officials convened a meeting Wednesday where invited Islamist advocates lobbied them for cutbacks in anti-terror funding, changes in agents’ training manuals, additional curbs on investigators and a legal declaration that U.S. citizens’ criticism of Islam constitutes racial discrimination.

The department’s “civil rights lawyers are top of the line — I say this with utter honesty — I know they can come up with a way” to redefine criticism as discrimination, said Sahar Aziz, a female, Egyptian-American lawyer.

“I’d be willing to give a shot at it,” said Aziz, who is a fellow at the Michigan-based Muslim advocacy group, the Institute for Social Policy & Understanding.

None of the Islamist advocates of civil rights officials in attendance, including Perez, objected to Aziz’s call for free-speech restrictions.

Mexican ID Becomes Valid ID in Sonoma County

In Sonoma County, a California driver's license is accepted as valid identification -- but so is a card issued by the Mexican consulate.

Mexican nationals will be able to give their country's state-issued identification cards as valid ID to Santa Rosa police officers and Sonoma County sheriffs, the Santa Rosa Press Democrat reported.

New FOIA Proposal

A proposed rule to the Freedom of Information Act would allow federal agencies to tell people requesting certain law-enforcement or national security documents that records don’t exist – even when they do.

Under current FOIA practice, the government may withhold information and issue what’s known as a Glomar denial that says it can neither confirm nor deny the existence of records.

The new proposal – part of a lengthy rule revision by the Department of Justice – would direct government agencies to “respond to the request as if the excluded records did not exist.”

Police Busted for Allegedly Smuggling Guns

Eight current and former NYPD officers and one New Jersey corrections officer have been arrested on charges that they were running a gun-smuggling ring that dealt weapons in New York City.

The officers arrested include five active-duty officers assigned to Brooklyn, three retired officers and one New Jersey corrections officer. They were picked up by FBI agents and NYPD Internal Affairs investigators early Tuesday.
