Brock has an update to this story here .  It would appear that all is being handled "in house" and the one who reported this states that he will speak no further of this matter.

It would seem that once again the beast has shown his teeth and put the fear of death or death of family in their hearts.

I just left both people involved with the incident that took place in the last few days. The soldiers do not want to pursue this matter any further, in any way shape or form. I was advised that the situation is being dealt with inhouse and there will be internal investigations into the conduct of certain ‘officers’ who started the poll and ordered certain persons held. The person allegedly being held was only there for a couple of hours.

No punishment will be handed down to any of the soldiers involved. I cannot give any further information as to names dates reasons units or places. This is in respect to my friends here. If this upsets anyone I am sorry but this is the way the soldiers want it. You have my deepest apology and I truly wish I had never spoken about any of this with my friends here on or FB. I will be posting no more information of this type due to the repercussions which could come from this.

I have my ear to the ground and wanted to relay to you that:

National Guard troops in Southern Indiana were given a poll about bringing armed force against US Citizens if called to do so. A Spc laid his weapon on the deck and said he could not. The rest of the enlisted men followed suit. The Spc is now being held in the brig for his actions.

This is current out of the OathKeepers and in the process of being duly verified. Either way I wanted to shoot it your way as I know you like to relay that stuff far and wide. I'll try and give you better 5w's and H when and if it's verified.

OUTSTANDING!! I just left my neighbors house. Devon is with the National Guard for this area. He just got home from a EDRE (emergency deployment readiness exercise) at the armory. He said that during the exercise 3 companies of infantry were polled by questionare about the drill and it's purpose. One of the questions was, will you as a member of the Nat. Guard use lethal force against the American public if ordered to do so? One of the men stepped forward and refused to take the poll and explained that it was a moral judgement on his part and that he could not do so. He then placed his weapon on the ground and fell in behind the formation. Devon said it was like a waterfall, Every member layed their weapons on the deck and fell in beside the one lone specialist. This included ALL NCO's, STAFF NCO's and SENIOR NCO's. The only people left in front of the original formation was 3 Capt's. 2 Lt's and the BN Commander who was so upset he started having chest pains from yelling and screaming about court martials and disbandment of the unit into other units. Devon is a Mstr.Sgt and he went with his troops and told them that he could not be prouder of any of them. He was floating while he was telling me this. Maybe we have more than just hope on our side. I just heard from Devon. He was TX'd by his Plt LDR and advised that the Specialist Who first layed down his weapon is being held in county jail by the Bn CMDR, awaiting a hearing under the UCMJ. Devon couldn't get any more info than that. I don't want to post the mans name until we have more information. I am so upset by this that I am having chest pains. How can they do this to one soldier and not them all. I will let you know how things go. Think I might go lay down for a bit. SEMPER FI.

Nothing really pertinent other than those two posts and that the Oathkeepers Board of Directors are aware of the story in current form and efforts are now being taken to verify it. All the info right now is being gathered from a Facebook contact from someone on there. If I hear anything else I will surely let you know. If confirmed, a poll like this in conjunction with the NDAA bullshit that just passed makes it abundantly clear that offensive tyranny is coming down the pipe. In Oregon, 1A has been trampled on by a US District judge.  It is his opinion that anyone that blogs is not a journalist and is therefore not protected under 1A.

All this because a blogger put out some damning, but true, details about someone and got sued.  Hopefully she and smarter heads will prevail in the appeal.

It seems the communist judge,  U.S. District Judge Marco A. Hernandez, was appointed by the illegal one now sitting in big seat.  It would appear that this could be a case of birds of a feather.....as he was born in Nogales, Az.

A U.S. District Court judge in Portland has drawn a line in the sand between "journalist" and "blogger." And for Crystal Cox, a woman on the latter end of that comparison, the distinction has cost her $2.5 million.
Speaking to Seattle Weekly, Cox says that the judgement could have impacts on bloggers everywhere.

the judge ruled that this single post was indeed defamatory because it was presented, essentially, as more factual in tone than her other posts, and therefore a reasonable person could conclude it was factual.


The judge in Cox's case, however, ruled that the woman did not qualify for shield-law protection not because of anything she wrote, but because she wasn't employed by an official media establishment.

Cox tells Seattle Weekly that she plans to appeal the ruling by proving her assertion that Obsidian co-founder Kevin Padrick is guilty of bankruptcy fraud--a statement that, as Cox is quite proud of, is abundantly advertised if one simply Googles Padrick's name and sees the dozens of Cox's posts that spring up about him.

So there we have it.

My bet is that no one will win. These "tasks will be engineered for them to be caught.  Just like "Son's of Guns" can whip out a triple M-16 or a quad MG-42's in record time.  The wonders of editing.

With History Channel having more than 93 million viewers each week, this show is nothing more than Pavlov was with his dog.

They are conditioning the masses of sheeple  to think "what's the use", if any of them think they can hide.

Advanced Responsibilities

• Supervise and establish all administrative, logistical and food support operations, confinement/correctional, custodial, treatment, and rehabilitative activities

Five-year-old Michael Davis, who attended the Rio Calaveras Elementary of Stockton, has a behavioral problem. According to his mother, Thelma Gray, he has been medically diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD. His behavior is inappropriate at times, and he is a handful.

School officials, in an attempt to change Michael’s behavior, wanted him to meet with the school’s police officer, in an attempt, a local media report said, to scare him straight.

Only, when Michael and the cop, a Stockton, Calif., police lieutenant, met at a room in the school, the meeting didn’t go well. Michael, the cop said in his report, “he pushed my hand away in a batting motion, pushed papers off the table, and kicked me in the right knee.”

When the boy wouldn’t calm down, the officer – a police lieutenant – zip-tied his hands and feet and hauled him off to a nearby psychiatric hospital in the back of a squad car, all without calling Michael’s mom or dad. It gets worse. Michael was officially charged with battery of a police officer. The kid is five years old.

Description:	Effective social interactions are vital in military, law enforcement, and other life critical environments. Practitioners under extreme stress are routinely asked to enter unfamiliar situations in cultures alien to their own and conduct activities, adjudicate arguments, and facilitate life altering decisions. Enabling these complex social interactions affords improved performance (e.g., fewer misunderstandings, increased efficiency, better decisions). However, in order to train or provide feedback to individuals about their social interactions, one must first have an understandable way to capture and represent those interactions. Manual, ethnographic techniques provide significant insights, but are not scalable. Automated techniques involving wearable sensors and video processing show significant promise. However, these methods assume that all parties involved in an interaction are instrumented in a way that allows for subsequent data analysis. In many realistic situations, it is only possible to instrument one party in an interaction. For instance, military emergency department staff involved in an on-the-job assessment could be instrumented while their patients could not. This limits the environments in which these technologies can be actively used to training and experimental venues, which lose real-world contextual cues critical in social interactions. This topic seeks innovative algorithmic approaches to "filling in the gaps" in social interactions when data collection systematically misses one party in bi-lateral and multi¬-lateral social encounters. Solutions should show the utility of particular approaches on quasi-realistic data sets, and should articulate the assumptions being made respecting data collection approaches, sensor types, and domain requirements. A field or laboratory validation study is critical to assess the utility of any proposed approach. Solutions must be capable of hypothesizing social interactions with 70% accuracy compared to "ground truth" in a “known” realistic dataset provided by the performer. Alternative metrics of performance will be considered. Algorithms must be capable of being run on commercially available PCs and, eventually, state of the art mobile platforms. As we have discovered, winter operations require a tremendous amount of gear, logistics, and supply line. Knowledge and ability are a must. Slight difficulties any other time of year can be debilitating in the snow and cold. The dangers to life and limb are great.  Even when things are going well, they are doing so at a greater effort and overall cost to operator and team.  The skills needed to fight, function, and survive in these environments are many. But if you live in areas that enjoy these conditions you owe it to yourself to develop the talents of the winter war fighter. To be able to make war effectively where others are not capable sounds like my definition of a good idea.

Pure and unadulterated dhimnitude.

This is America and I worship God, not a pagan god named allah or budda, or whatever other name they decide to use.

If they don't like it, they can take their asses back to what ever country they want.  I don't care where, just as long as it's not here.

Now the school board & administrators need to have their shit strung up so they can understand the seriousness of this issue.  Don't care what is used as a hold point, but it's gonna hurt.

Fort Worth Bans Santa From Classrooms

Students and parents in Forth Worth, TX are outraged after the school district declared that Christmas celebrations – including visits from Santa Claus would no longer be allowed during the school day.

The Fort Worth Independent School District also banned students exchanging Christmas gifts after they determined that public schools could no longer “endorse or sponsor any religious activity or doctrine.”

A spokesman for the school district told Fox News & Commentary that “in an effort to be politically correct” teachers are not allowed to “post something that would foster or promote or impugn one doctrine or religion over another – or even give that impression.”

Anti-Gun Brady Bunch Sherriff Arrested for Dealing Meth

One of the reasons I am so opposed to the government being involved in your Second Amendment rights is that it takes the power away from you and puts it in their hands.

In the hands of people like the former Republican Sheriff of Arapahoe County, Patrick Sullivan.

Sullivan made a habit of helping out groups like the Brady Campaign when it came to preventing law-abiding citizens from exercising their Second Amendment rights.

He even testified before Congress for Handgun Control in favor of the Brady bill, and in the State Capitol against any concealed carry reform.

During his 18-year tenure as Arapahoe County Sheriff, Sullivan was a poster boy for big government and was bestowed the title of national “Sheriff of the Year” in 2001 for his efforts at infringing your rights – even at a national level.

Whenever she needed him, Sarah Brady trotted out Sheriff Sullivan as a token Republican who wanted to impose gun control on America — and it worked.

Our nation still lives under the insidious scheme of the Brady Act (which, incidentally, violates the Constitutional prohibition of infringing on the right to keep and bear arms).

Sheriff Sullivan was also famous for trying to buy off local gun rights activists with a “buddy” concealed carry permit (when permits were almost impossible to acquire).

In 1995 Sullivan offered me a permit, attempting to buy my inactivity in the battle for concealed carry in Colorado. It didn’t work. I literally told Sheriff Sullivan where to stick his permit, and continued to work to change Colorado’s law.

On Tuesday Sullivan was arrested for dealing meth to a man for… Well, let’s just say it was for things I would rather not repeat.

That’s right; a power-hungry sheriff intent on taking your freedoms turned out to be a drug-dealing, male prostitute-seeker.

Former Sheriff Sullivan is now sitting in the Patrick J. Sullivan Jr. Detention Facility. That’s right. He’s sitting in the jail named for his honor.

And this is the kind of person the Brady Campaign champions and uses to testify as an “expert”? I would like to tell you that I’m shocked, but you’re smart enough to know better. This is why I am always skeptical of any politician who seeks more control, not less. They are out for personal gain and they will get it at your expense.

In the case of Sheriff Sullivan, I can personally say I’ve witnessed him trampling on your rights for years. Sheriff Sullivan was one of the main obstacles to passing concealed carry in Colorado. Yet apparently the anti-gun crowd thinks men like this should set a standard for who can own a gun and who can’t.

While this may be dismissed by some as just another corrupt cop, the fact is that he has been personally involved in the fight against your Second Amendment rights. And he was successful at it.

It’s pure travesty of justice that a man like Sullivan could be given such authority to prevent you from your own rights, but without standing up to power, it’s like I said at the beginning – it corrupts.

I make it my pledge to you, the gun owner, to stand up against jack-booted thugs like Patrick Sullivan at every turn, regardless of position or party affiliation.

Bay City, Tx-Man Shoots 4 children and Mother

What posses people to kill their own children?  This is something I can not fathom.

I presume this seems to be a growing trend and its a reflection of how society views what being a parent is.

This really bothers me.

All four children who, along with their mother, were shot by their father at a Bay City home Wednesday afternoon have died, police said Thursday.


Two of the boys, ages 3 and 5, died Thursday morning. The other two children, ages 2 and 4, were on life support, but died later in the day. The mother, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds, was in critical condition in a Houston hospital.

Investigators say the victims’ father, 24-year-old Jose Avila, shot the kids in the head before turning the gun on himself at their mobile home in the 2700 block of 10th Street around 3:15 p.m.

Officers said Avila was dead at the scene. The four kids and the mother were rushed to Matagorda Regional Hospital, where the mother underwent surgery Wednesday afternoon.

The four children were airlifted from Matagorda Regional to Houston hospitals late Wednesday, where they died. Police said the mother, identified by friends as Laura Gonzales, was airlifted to an unnamed hospital in Houston on Thursday.

On December 8, a group of mothers and others will defy the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) ban on “distributing” fresh milk across state lines by transporting 100 gallons of raw milk from Wisconsin to Chicago’s Independence Park and distributing it to customers waiting at the park. Rally time is 11:30am – 2:00pm.

Federal law 21 CFR § 1240.61 prohibits interstate movement and distribution of raw milk for human consumption. The FDA regulation applies to individuals, or “agents” acting on their behalf.

Over the past year, the FDA and state authorities have conducted undercover sting operations on, raided and prosecuted farmers, buying clubs, and individuals who help distribute raw milk and other farm fresh foods.

Over a dozen people and businesses currently face charges, orders, and other enforcement actions; some are under “federal criminal investigation” and face possible indictment by a grand jury. Several small cheese producing dairies with no history of making anyone sick have been put out of business by the FDA’s actions.

“It is a God-given, inalienable right to engage in direct, private transactions with our food producers,” says Max Kane, director of a Chicago area local-food-buying club.  “Americans deserve to know that the FDA is using their tax dollars to target and prosecute independent, peaceful, farmers and their customers.”

The Dark Side

We all have a dark side.  That side of us that gives in to the fleshly cravings of man.

Most of us know how to control it with help from God.  We call on him for his help and He calms our Spirit and keeps the wolves at bay for a while longer.

For those who are the enemies of liberty, who are in apposition of power to shape the path of this nation; they only know the darkness, they embrace it.

It is that side that we need to find, the cracks in to exploit in the enemies of liberty. 

It is in these cracks of darkness that these enemies hide their secrets, their dirty laundry.

When it comes time, HUMINT will yield the treasure.

These traitors don’t want their dirty little secrets spilled into the sunshine for all to see.

The latest example is the RINO golden boy Cain.  Now his $$$ is drying up and he is a cooked turkey in the POTUS run.  

So…if you have a “list”, there is no time like the present to start your work up and gather some good intel.

So embrace their dark side, for it will be the downfall of them.
