Bill passed to drug test Texas welfare applicants

The FSA of Texas will soon be scream, kicking and thorowing a fit if this makes the final vote in the Texas House.

The Texas Senate has passed a bill to drug test some welfare applicants and cut off drug users from receiving money.

The bill by Sen. Jane Nelson, a Flower Mound Republican, covers adults applying to the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program, which provides poor people with money for food, clothing, housing and other basic needs.

Patriot Seed Package: Christmas in the spring

I was talking to Bill Nye on the way home from work today and he told me he shipped my Patriot Seed package out yesterday.  Yep...one of the perks of being local...local...local.  Next day delivery w/o the extra cost.

So I get home and there she was in all her glory....the USPS priority package on the porch.

Opening it up was like dumping out that Christmas stocking on the cold morning in front of a fireplace.  It seemed like it wouldn't stop coming out.

Package...after package...after package.

I pulled out the tomato seeds from the manilla pack.

There is enough seeds there for 10 years with out harvesting the seeds from the ones you grow.

Every package is like that.

Now with this part, Bill asked me not to say anything, but I have to.

In his posts about a large site wanting to carry his seed deals, he turned them down.  That was probaly one of the best decisions he made.

This was a website hosted from the Texas Hill country by a big name, who now appears to be nothing but a hypocrite like all the others who pimp the community.  They wanted control, iron fisted control of Bill.

Folks, those that say they want to help.  To restore the Constitution.  To stop the tryanny.

Most of them are nothing but hacks, hyprocrites and shysters who are waging a war on your mind.

Give Bill your business.  Support a true patriot.  A small business man.  A true friend who stood up for freedom and is not afraid to thumb his nose at the beast.

Executive Order 6102

The confiscation of funds from depositors in Cyprus is nothign new.

We saw it here in 1933 and we will see it again soon.

On April 5, 1933, approximately one month after first taking office, Franklin D. Roosevelt commanded, via Executive Order No. 6102, “All persons are hereby required to deliver on or before May 1, 1933, to a Federal reserve bank … all gold coin, gold bullion and gold certificates now owned by them or coming into their ownership on or before April 28, 1933[.]”

By his executive order Roosevelt deprived Americans of their property “without due process of law” under the Fifth Amendment. To add injury to insult, he also ordered up to a $10,000 fine or ten years in prison or both for anyone who willfully violated any provision of his executive order.

With that being said...Don't leave them shit to confiscate.

If they want something, give them copper and lead.

Today I saw that in motion again.

I hauled the oldest broiler project (50 birds) out to be processed.  We used the same guy as last year and he has expanded.

Last year he processed around 2500 birds @ $2.50 ea.  He had two other guys helping him.

This year he has 8 people working for him and he said he was looking at doing 5500+ birds @ $3.15 ea. (broilers)

They were doing chickens, quail & turkeys.

Do the math for a little side job that last 1 month.  Yep, plus he had 4 college kids working for experience for school as well.

An idea is all it takes....

And the tyrants want to kill it.

Fruits of your labor

My oldest has been wanting to show a hiefer at our local fair/livestock show.  I was having a hard time coughing up $1k for one.  I know, $1k...I was not going to buy trash as I intend to breed her for steak production.

Well, several weeks ago she went to the San Antonio Rodeo for the calf scramble and caught on.  For he reward, she was given a $800 certificate towards the purchase of a heifer/steer.

We really didn't think she would have caught on as she only weighs about 100lb.  Thats what think'n gets ya.

Today she went down to the Houston Livestock Show with her FFA livestock judging team.

She competed against 1500 other kids nd placed 21st.

That's right...21st.

For that she was given a $1500 certificate for a heifer.

That makes $2300 she can use to buy a heifer to show.  She has to keep a scrap book for both shows and we have to show the heifer at both shows next year.

On the upside, we can select a animal that can be competive at both shows and those rewards can be in the larger.

Today were are struggling with our rebirth, but as more people are awakend, the pain lessens.

Uniformed Thug Revenue Day

Yesterday coming back from the VA I saw some of smalltown USA uniformed finest at work.

Patton Village,Tx & Splendora, Tx were at work.  It's only 2 miles sepereate the 2 towns on US 59. But in that 2miles there were 13 police, sheriff & DPS with people pulled over.

Texas 2A Holiday-Come and Take It Day

Texas is setting the precedent again and flipping the bird to the tryants.

A state rep out of Plano is proposing a state holiday (Texas Independence day March 2) as a tax free day on firearms and hunting related items.

State Rep. Jeff Leach, a 30-year-old Republican from Plano, filed a bill to make Texas Independence Day (March 2nd) a tax-free holiday for guns and ammunition.
“Gun owners and gun manufacturers in Texas need to know that Texas stands behind them,” Rep. Leach told News 8 on Monday. He said he filed his bill — called the Texas Gun Ownership Reinforcement Act — in response to calls to tighten federal gun laws.
