Pope Francis I: The Papal Atheist & Hypocrite

Another reason why the Catholic church is nothing but an syndicated crime organization whose sole purpose is to generate revenue.

Francis wrote: “You ask me if the God of the Christians forgives those who don’t believe and who don’t seek the faith. I start by saying – and this is the fundamental thing – that God’s mercy has no limits if you go to him with a sincere and contrite heart. The issue for those who do not believe in God is to obey their conscience.
The church gripes, birches and moans as to people leaving the church.  This is a prime reason.  It goes against what we are told in in the Bible.  Here are but a few from the Bible for Salvation:

  • “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)
  • “For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself a ransom for all …” (1 Timothy 2:5)
  • “There is one body and one Spirit … one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” (Ephesians 4:4)
  • Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

It ain't hard to figure it out.

  1. Three of the four citations you present care from the post-Gospel books of the New Testament, and are therefore not "from the Source." The fourth, from Jesus Himself, has some weight -- but consider: We do not know where He is or is not. His salvation, through the workings of the Holy Spirit, is not necessarily bounded by the Church or any denomination of Christianity.

“We are taught,” [Father Raymond Altomare] said carefully, “that no good man will be denied his just reward in the next life. Going by what you’ve told me, Louis was more than a good man, much more. I’m nowhere near that good, and I’ve never known anybody who was nearly that good. If he had doubts, they clearly didn’t keep him from living the faith in every imaginable way. And there aren’t many who can say that, even among the clergy.” He rose, went to the west-facing window and surveyed the day briefly. All was quiet beyond. He turned back to her. “If God is just, and He is, then Louis is with Him.” (From Shadow Of A Sword)

And yes, I'm a devout Catholic.

    1. Unless you have accepted Jesus as your Savior, you are going to hell. Period. End of Story. You can not "do good" or "have a good heart" and get into Heaven. Once in Heaven you are judged by your works

As far as Catholism, I think it is a sham. Don't care if I offend you.

I speak to God directly. I don't need some priest in a box to hear my sins, God knows them. I don't have to say my hail Mary's or pay restitution or whatever it is you do.

Try Southern Baptist sometime, you might be surprised.

    2. The Catholic church has probably sent more people to hell through their teachings than I care to fathom. They take the simple message of the Gospel and and replace it with a false system of idol worship. I think its not only a sham but a tool of the devil.

    3. If we indeed could get to heaven buy good deeds or following our conscience then Christ died for nothing. What was the point of his birth, life, death and resurrection? It would be pointless. The devil does not want us to see the forest for the trees. It is deception.
